Recruit and involve your new structure partners who recruit customers from people circles:

  • Coaches, career counsellors, HR specialists: they have an audience of jobseekers.
  • Bloggers, media resources and job platforms: They attract traffic and talk about the "non-standard" way to find a job.
  • People who have already found work with the help of your technology: natural "ambassadors"; satisfied customers can recommend the service to their friends.
  • Anyone with sales knowledge or access to the target group (students, freelancers, simply active social media users).

As a reminder. For customers referred to us by structure partners, if we have accepted them as customers, referred them and received the first instalment from them, you will receive a reward - 50 euros for each customer referred by your structure partner.

It is best to record all the customers you have recommended and acquired structure partners and customers of structure partners in your structure in a table. You can synchronise your table with our Partner Manager once a month. All listed customers with the status: rejected, hired, employed, first payment received = commission received.

Very important criteria for a potential customer:

1. Professional experience in which the customer wishes to work. For example, if in Germany, then work must already be done in Germany.

2. Language skills B2 (with the exception of ICT professions from A2) of the country where the customer wishes to work.

3. No working students

4. Work permit for the country where the recommended customer would like to work.

Acquired customers receive €50 upon successful referral

The customers you acquire must be registered by you in the "Register recommendation" form below. Your acquired customer must state their first name and surname when applying!

  • Advertising materials. Possibility to upload marketing materials (banners, text templates, presentations).
  • Telephone advice on all questions about the partner programme
  • Regular meetings with the partner manager
  • Discussions with other partners, exchange of experience
  • Partner's personal account, referral links, promo codes, statistics on transitions and payments, status of each lead
  • Marketing materials. Templates for email newsletters: "What is the hidden labour market?", "Why speculative applications work?"
  • Banners and posts for social networks.
  • Product FAQ: Main objections of jobseekers and ways to overcome them.
  • Webinars, videos. Course on the product: advantages, differences to the classic job search. How to deal with customer objections. Examples of successful recommendations and placements.
  • Ongoing training in sales and marketing. Regular online meetings, newsletters in which we offer news, figures, new functions, sales training and exchange.
  • Rating's monthly: 1 best recommender, 2 best structure builders
    "Bronze" - 5 placements, "Silver" - 10 placements, "Gold" - 15 placements.
    With the same number of titles, the one with the highest number of years of membership in the entire programme is awarded.

The fee for the successful use of our services can be paid by the employer. Talk to your employer about this.

Conditions of participation

for the partner programme

Our general terms and conditions for participation in our partner programme apply in their current version at the time of use. Any separate conditions of participation will be announced independently of this, and each participant accepts these conditions for participation in the partner programme by participating. Participation in the partner programme is free of charge.

Interested persons can qualify for our partner programme. To participate, you must register as a partner. The registration takes place here via the contact form. After successful registration, you will receive access to all the benefits and functions of the partner programme.

  • Access to the partner programme is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18.
  • Participation is only possible during the specified participation period. Recommendations received after this period will not be considered.
  • Effective participation in the partner programme requires that all necessary personal data is provided completely and truthfully via the corresponding form.
  • The recommended person must not have already been a customer of Manual Job Search.
  • Our partners register the qualified interested parties and upload the relevant application documents via the partner contact form. Here go to the partner form!
  • Participation in the partner programme is not restricted to Manual Job Search customers and does not require the purchase of goods or services.
  • If a partner's legal capacity is limited, the consent of their legal representative is required.
  • ManualJobSearch may, at its own discretion, exclude partners from participation if there are justified reasons, such as
  • Manipulation in relation to access to the partner programme or its implementation
  • Violations of these conditions of participation
  • unfair behaviour or
  • false or misleading information in connection with participation in the partner programme. In such cases, Manual Job Search reserves the right to subsequently withdraw or reclaim rewards and, if necessary, to assert claims for damages.
  • Manual Job Search is not liable for damages that may arise from errors, interruptions and/or delays in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, deletion and loss of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the partner programme, unless such damages are caused intentionally or through gross negligence on the part of Manual Job Search.
  • Our partners register newly acquired partners for their own sales network via the corresponding partner network form. Here to go to the sales network form.
  • Our partners receive a commission for referrals that come from their sales network. A commission only becomes effective once a signed employment contract has been signed and the first payment instalment has been paid to ManualJobSearch.
  • The partner structure is to be designed exclusively as a single-level system. The affiliate system is only one level deep. If your affiliate gains additional affiliates, you will not receive commission for their referrals. You only receive commission for direct referrals from your own affiliates.
  • Rewards are paid out under specific conditions. The prerequisite is that both the partner and the recommended person have been duly registered via the form on the homepage prior to the referral. In the case of referrals via a structure, this condition also applies to the corresponding structure partner. Only if this pre-registration is fully documented can claims be made for the rewards provided.
  • Manual Job Search carefully examines the application documents of each recommended person to determine whether they can be accepted as a client for placement. As Manual Job Search is not obliged to accept every applicant, a rejection may occur.
  • Once a placement has been successfully concluded, the person referred is obliged to inform the partner who made the recommendation promptly that a contract has been concluded. As part of this process, the referred person must provide Manual Job Search with the name of the recommending partner. Manual Job Search then carries out a check to ensure that this recommendation has been properly registered on the homepage before the actual placement.

    The recommending partner informs Manual Job Search of their bank details by e-mail. The bonus will be transferred to the referring partner after Manual Job Search has received the commission for the referral in full or the first instalment.

  • The bonus will be transferred to the recommending partner. If, for reasons for which Manual Job Search is not responsible, the transfer cannot be made within two months of notification, the bonus is forfeited. There are then no claims against Manual Job Search.
  • Exchange, self-collection and cash payment of the bonus are not possible. The recommender is responsible for paying any taxes on the bonus.
  • Manual Job Search expressly reserves the right to terminate the partner programme without prior notice and without giving reasons.
  • If the implementation is not possible for legal or technical reasons, the partners have no claim against Manual Job Search.
  • The personal data of the participating persons, such as name, email address, address and age, are required to implement the partner programme. This data is used exclusively for the implementation of the partner programme and is deleted after its implementation and expiry of the statutory retention periods.
  • The data of persons participating in the partner programme will not be sold, but may be used by Manual Job Search for advertising, information and market research purposes.
  • The consent to store and analyse the data can be revoked by the partners at any time. The partners recognise that Manual Job Search may be legally obliged to disclose the name of the recipient of an award.
  • The partners are aware that there is a legal obligation to limit the recording and storage of data.
  • Singapore law applies exclusively to the implementation of this partner programme.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Singapore.
  • Should individual provisions of the partner programme be or become invalid, the remaining points of the programme remain unaffected.
  • The conditions of participation can be changed at any time without separate notification.

The following decisive criteria apply for acceptance as a customer:

      1. Country-specific professional experience in the desired field of activity is mandatory. For applications in Germany, for example, it is assumed that professional experience has already been gained in the German labour market.
      2. Good language skills of the country in which the person would like to work. For example, a minimum language level of "B2" (with the exception of ICT professions from A2) must be proven for Germany.
      3. No working students, no interns, no mini-jobs.
      4. Work permit for the desired country in which the customer would like to find a job.
      5. No existing customers
