First, the application documents of the recommended person are checked to see whether Manual Job Search accepts this person for placement. Manual Job Search is not obliged to accept every recommended person as a contract client, which is why a rejection can also occur.

Each recommended person only receives the discount once. This also applies in the case of multiple recommendations by different people. Legal recourse is excluded.

The general conditions of participation
Our general terms and conditions for participation in our referral program apply in their current version at the time of use. Any separate conditions of participation will be announced independently of this, and each participant accepts these conditions for participation in the referral program by participating. Participation in the referral program is free of charge.
● Access to the referral program is open to natural persons who are resident in Germany and have reached the age of 18.
● Participation is only possible during the specified participation period. Recommendations received after this deadline will not be considered.
● Effective participation in the referral program requires that all necessary personal data is provided completely and truthfully.
● The recommended person must not have already been a customer of Manual Job Search.
● Participation in the referral program is not limited to Manual Job Search customers and does not require the purchase of goods or services.
● If a participant has limited legal capacity, the consent of their legal representative is required.
● The operator may, at its own discretion, exclude participants from participation if there are justified reasons, such as: a. Manipulation in relation to access to the referral program or its implementation, b. Violations of these conditions of participation, c. Unfair conduct or d. False or misleading statements in connection with participation in the referral program. In such cases, Manual Job Search reserves the right to subsequently withdraw or reclaim rewards and, if necessary, to assert claims for damages.
● Manual Job Search is not liable for damages that may arise from errors, interruptions and/or delays in transmission, malfunctions of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, deletion and loss of data, viruses or in any other way during participation in the referral program, unless such damages are caused by Manual Job Search intentionally or through gross negligence.
● The application documents of the recommended person are first checked to see whether Manual Job Search accepts this person as a client for placement. Manual Job Search is not obliged to accept every recommended person as a client, which is why a rejection is possible.
● If the referral is successful, the recommended (referred) person notifies the recommender promptly of the conclusion of the contract. The recommended person names Manual Job Search the person making the recommendation. The recommender shares Manual Job Search his bank details. The reward will be transferred to the referrer after Manual Job Search. Mhas received the commission for the placement in full or the first installment or the first installment of the placement voucher.
● The premium will be transferred to the recommender. If, for reasons that are not the responsibility of Manual Job Search the transfer cannot be made within two months of notification, the premium is forfeited. There are then no claims against Manual Job Search.
● Exchange, self-collection and cash payment of the bonus are not possible. The recommender is responsible for paying any taxes on the reward.
● Manual Job Search expressly reserves the right to terminate the referral program without prior notice and without giving reasons.
● If it is not possible to carry out the event for legal or technical reasons, the participants have no claim against Manual Job Search.
● The personal data of the participating persons, such as name, e-mail address, address and age, are required to implement the referral program. This data is used exclusively for the purposes of the referral program and is deleted after the program has been completed and the statutory retention periods have expired.
● The data of persons participating in the referral program will not be sold, but may be used by Manual Job Search for advertising, information and market research purposes.
● Consent to the storage and analysis of data can be revoked by participants at any time. The participants acknowledge that Manual Job Search may be legally obliged to disclose the name of the recipient of a premium.
● The participants are aware that there is a legal obligation to limit the recording and storage of data.
● The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively to the implementation of this referral program.
● The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
● Should individual provisions of the referral program be or become invalid, the remaining points of the program remain unaffected.
● The conditions of participation can be changed at any time without separate notification.
