The next steps

You authorize the dispatch of your documents.
An e-mail address set up especially for you will be used for this purpose. (Manual Job Search is not mentioned.)
Check your e-mails several times a day.
Feedback from employers can take up to a month.

Which companies will the application be sent to?

You can request the Internet addresses to which we have sent your application by e-mail from your account manager.

Access data for your e-mail address

Access to the e-mail address set up for you is reserved for your job consultant. He or she will do all the work for you and you can deal with the positive feedback in detail.

You will find all positive feedback in your account - where you can also reply to it directly.

Forwarding of feedback from the employer

You will immediately receive any positive feedback from an employer. You can now search for this employer and contact them using your private e-mail address.

If an employer does not meet your expectations, please cancel and do not leave any request unanswered.

Please contact us in the event of dubious feedback.

Positive feedback

After receiving feedback from an employer, you have a bit of work to do. We have put together a checklist for this:

  • Check the seriousness of the employer
  • Does the e-mail address match the company?
  • Does the company's homepage look reputable?
  • Does the employer entice with questionable salaries?
  • Gather as much information as possible about the company:
    • Company size
    • Products and services
    • Company age
    • Corporate philosophy

Most information can be found on the Internet.

Confirmation of the request

You can reply to brief inquiries by e-mail.
You can confirm invitations to a telephone or job interview with a proposed date by e-mail or telephone.

If you have to cancel

Of course you will take advantage of all the opportunities that are offered to you. Are there any reasons that speak against an offer from your point of view? Then please decline in a friendly manner.

If the first shipment was not successful

Despite our best efforts, it may happen that your i-Application with IPSER Manual Job Search was not successful at the first attempt. At your request, we will be happy to check whether a second submission is possible, depending on various criteria.

Immediate notification of a positive result

Please let us know immediately by phone or e-mail if you have been accepted or if you have signed an employment contract.

We require the following documents after signing:

  • Copy of the employment contract or the general data.
  • If you are working as a freelancer, it is essential to provide a copy of the contract, in particular with the amount paid by the client.

We will then send you an invoice in good time before the installment payment starts.
